Is PromptSoar free?
PromptSoar is free to download. Any premium features or pricing details are listed on the App Store page.
Do I need an account to use PromptSoar?
No. PromptSoar works entirely on your device with no account required. Your prompts are private and local by default.
Where is my data stored?
All your prompts are stored locally on your iPhone. We do not have access to your data and nothing is ever sent to any server.
Can I back up or transfer my prompts?
If iCloud Backup is enabled in your iOS settings, your PromptSoar data will be included automatically in your personal iCloud backup. When you set up a new iPhone from that backup, your prompts will be restored.
The app isn't working as expected. What should I do?
Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, try restarting your iPhone. If you're still experiencing problems, email us with a description of what happened and your iOS version — we'll investigate quickly.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled directly by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to submit a refund request.
